These Terms govern your access to and use of the GrantPath website at grant-path.org and the GrantPath private beta (together, the “Service”), operated by Aegean Global (“we,” “us”). By using the Service or requesting a beta invite, you agree to these Terms.

The private beta

The Service is offered as a pre-release private beta. It is provided for evaluation, may change or be discontinued at any time, and may contain errors or be unavailable from time to time. Access is granted at our discretion and may be limited or revoked.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes, not to interfere with or disrupt it, and not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to it. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials we provide.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you provide. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service and to respond to your beta request. We do not use your proposals, budgets, or documents to train AI models.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content we provide, is owned by Aegean Global and its licensors and is protected by applicable law. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our trademarks or branding.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. GrantPath surfaces recommendations and information to assist you; it is not a substitute for your own professional judgment, and we do not guarantee any funding outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aegean Global will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above, and your continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
